Hi, I'm Alex (she/her)!

I'm a front end developer based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada. I'm a creative problem solver who loves a good challenge. I'm into web accessibility, enhancing user experience, writing and maintaining easy-to-understand documentation, and improving processes wherever I can. I enjoy collaborating and am a lifelong learner who is passionate about mentoring new developers.

In my spare time, I'm reading all the books (historical fiction especially), making tangible things (like pie and socks) with my hands, and giving my cat Sherlock a finite (his terms, not mine) amount of belly rubs. I'm also always scoping out new cafés and restaurants, and dreaming about my next ice cream cone.
